At MSP Airport, our volunteers are the magic-makers behind millions of seamless travel experiences. We don't just provide information — we transform confusion into clarity, stress into ease, and strangers into welcomed guests. Our volunteers personally engage with over two million travelers annually, turning the ordinary airport experience into something extraordinary.
Customer Service
Where You'll Make a Difference:
Info Booths – Answer questions and provide helpful guidance at one of our 10 locations throughout the airport
Go Guide – Move throughout the terminals in your bright green "Need Help?" vest, connecting with travelers who need assistance
Meet & Assist Services – Provide personalized support for travelers with special needs
Your Commitment: A minimum of 2 shifts per month
Animal Ambassadors
Where You'll Make a Difference:
Petting Stations – Provide stress relief and brighten travelers' (and employees’!) days with your certified therapy dog or cat at specified locations
Airport Roving/Roaming – Share your therapy dog or cat and their ‘paws’ itive impact on travelers while walking throughout the airport
Additional Activities – Participate in special airport activities and events that bring joy and comfort to the greater MSP community
Your Commitment: A minimum of 2 two-hour shifts per month
Requirements: You and your dog or cat must be certified through Pet Partners or Alliance of Therapy Dogs
