MSP Airport Volunteers help passengers with disabilities, families with small children, or those who speak other languages navigate the airport, find connecting gates, and locate family members. If you need any of these services while traveling, please complete the request form below.
Meet and Assist Services
Meet and Assist Services are available 7 days a week from 7:30am to 6:30pm Central Time, excluding major holidays.
If wheelchair assistance is needed, please contact the airline directly. All airlines provide wheelchair services for passengers upon request.
TSA Cares is a program offered by the Transportation Security Administration for passengers with disabilities and medical conditions needing assistance throughout the security screening process. Please submit a request to TSA at least 72-hrs prior to departure using this link: https://www.tsa.gov/contact-center/form/cares

Passengers requesting Meet & Assist services must be at least 18 years old. Please call the airline if the traveler needing assistance is under the age of 18.
