Travelers Assistance

Our customer service volunteers are a welcoming, helpful team of people who enhance the traveler experience at MSP Airport. They typically work at one of our 10 information booths and as Go Guides, mobile volunteers who walk the airport assisting travelers. You will recognize them by their vibrant green vests with the “Need Help?” emblem on the back!

Our customer service volunteers also work with Customs and Border Protection staff in the International Arrivals area and provide Meet and Assist services to travelers with special needs.

Customer service volunteers are asked to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month. Shifts are typically 4 hours.

“I missed my flight for a wedding, and I was devastated. Brought to tears. I met Marshall, he brought my energy up and calmed my mind. His presence made my day 100% better. Having therapy animals available provided people with support in times of need.”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Jim and Bob, your fun and friendly volunteers at MSP! They were so eager to help me! Your airport is very lucky indeed to have these two gentlemen represent you!”
